Cleaning

Using Mettler Toledo gravity metal detectors to support our skilled and diligent production line staff, we clean ingredients to the highest standard. We can offer full clean services, or test cleaning solutions.

Milling

Our OHD Mill uses incredible force to turn flakes into fine powders without the use of metal grinders. We can mill down to a fineness of 500µ.

Kibbling

We can granulate ingredients to 1-3mm size as well as 2-6mm. Using our Urschel Comitrol Processor, we sift out the larger pieces to be reprocessed, we then collect the finer byproduct to be used for other suitable production options, so none of the ingredient goes to waste.

Toasting

The dry heat process of toasting caramelizes the natural sugars in an ingredient, and triggers the Maillard reaction, creating a more intense, savory, and complex flavor profile for your ingredients. They will be lightly browned, sweeter, and reduced in moisture content, extending shelf life and stability.

Blending

Using our ribbon mixer, we can create homogeneous blends of any variety of powders, granules and flakes, while preserving particle integrity.
